When You Are Followed By Federal Government Spies as a Kid.

Monique attended Louisiana State University, studying Pre-Law Business and majoring in Psychology.

But it was her creative side and love of acting that took her to New York, where she studied with renowned coach Bill Alderson at the Neighborhood Playhouse and a run on the soap opera As the World Turns

Next, Monique moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in Film and Television, working on the daytime Soap Opera General Hospital for a contract role represented by APA, The William Morris Agency, and The Brokaw Company.

With a keen interest in getting into business, Monique quickly moved up the ladder and was promoted to Assistant Marketing Coordinator at Showtime Networks working with 130 cable affiliates across the United States.

Then Great Expectations (the first national video dating service) recruited Monique as the National Director of forty-three centers. Here she excelled in applying her gift with the “on-target placement” of singles and happy couples in media events and television shows nationwide, including The Oprah Winfrey Show

Her work caught the attention of The Los Angeles Times, featured on the cover of the Metro Section, and touted as the “Bubbly Sherlock Holmes.”
