There is a part of your brain that keeps you “safe” daily. This section of the brain, THE NEOCORTEX, evaluates and determines the environment by what is familiar, what feels good, what feels terrible – the known.
Anything unfamiliar — it does not like it not allowing you to go there. It forms a box in the brain, which becomes the personality (who you are). It keeps you safe, in familiar territory, and the same routine.
So, the idea of wealth, happiness, greatness, CREATING A NEW YOU, on an ongoing basis – is outside of the personality in the brain.
The concept of a future that you have not lived is outside of your patterns – the neocortex.
So, what happens is that you determine reality based on your feelings(which are just chemicals flowing through your body) if you can NOT predict how you will feel(in the new experience) – the neocortex will keep you safe — it will keep you in the same reality that you are currently experiencing…the repetitive one.
If you cannot predict how the new experience will feel – the neocortex may keep you from having a unique experience.
So let say you’ve just come through a stressful situation – it can be as intense as, end of a relationship, divorce – personally or professionally, resentments, a scary or life-changing event, stressful work environment, overcoming addictions, unsure of what to do next, how to create what’s next, partnership transition or good ole negative thinking.
All of that brain energy focused on the old timeline – in these types of events, it has to go somewhere, after the situation is resolved.
Thoughts like:
- What’s Next?
- What to create next?
- Where to jump to next?
I feel that if you don’t, have somewhere to ‘jump to,’ your body’s going to end up running the show. Because your body will crave chemicals from the thoughts that used to think, as a result of the past situation. The reason is that the body gets used to that chemical flow, and it’s going to want to get its chemicals. So, it will get you to think a thought, or it’ll get you to attract situations, to get its compounds, so-to-speak.
It’s the same in business and life when you, and it’s no longer there, you must have somewhere to “think to,” that is so exciting, to order to override the current environment especially if you are overcoming a pattern you’ve experienced before
You get to remember to take responsibility for the fact that it was you who created this experience.
Which parallel timeline will you choose to mentally engage – THROUGH CONTEMPLATION?
A) What worked for you in your contemplations this past year – you will know by what dream or Intuitive Goal™ materialized this year.
B) What didn’t work in your contemplations? You will know by what showed up, because of fear-based thinking, or not tuning into your inside self.
Which parallel timeline will you want to be in the conversation?
Which parallel timeline will you want to be ALREADY in vibration?
At this point, you may ask yourself, “What in the heck is a parallel timeline?” Great question! Glad you asked.
I will give an example to explain. You could have chosen not to open this email at the time that you did because you wanted to go out for a run, needed to answer a call or a plethora of other possibilities that happen in our daily lives. BUT, you decided to open the email, and it changed the course of your life.
That choice causes a whole host of new potential possibilities to occur – a new existing timeline. Who knows, maybe you decided, “Hey, I am going to pick up the phone and call Monique and talk to her about this parallel stuff.” Or perhaps it causes you to take any action that you were only thinking about; because it causes your life to get on a timeline – that already exists – as a result of this choice. At any given time, we have 1000’s of parallel realities that exist in any given moment.
It all starts now.
By becoming aware of: What is your constant mind chatter? Become aware. Those are pictures that get formed in your brain.
Instead of a reality check, you might need a contemplation check! It’s essential to become aware. What are you continually thinking/mental rehearsing?
What’s running in your brain – rampantly – like a ticker tape – that’s your repetitive pattern?
STOP for a moment, make a list.
For example:
1) My relationship, and how great or not so great I feel about it.
2) I am angry with my business partner about the mess he created.
4) How great I feel about the project I am completing!
5) My future and how excited I am!
6) My new relationship and how thrilled I am!
7) I love the new writers that I am working with in development!
IT’S ALL A CHOICE. You have the power to choose what you will focus on(mentally rehearse) and call forth. Which Parallel Reality will you decide to make your life all about in the New Year? And get to be on that new parallel timeline.
It all starts now.
Whichever reality you choose/rehearse, that will be the one activated. You will be in conversation about (with yourself and others); so you will think about, therefore, live about and vibrate about in and call forth.
It takes FOCUS to create a new parallel reality and a new parallel timeline. The more you are in alignment with your Intuitive Goals™, your soul’s purpose goals, the more excited you will feel, and you begin to vibrate atomically on that frequency.
Life happens, accidents, a person’s bad behavior, elections, the world at large, …which will you choose to engage in or stay focused on? What are you making your life all about through your mental rehearsal?
I suggest getting a piece of paper. Write down all the possibilities, like the great stuff (high vibration – the ideas that you are so excited about) on half of the page, and the not so great things on the other half (lower vibration).
Write down the not so exciting and exciting!
I feel it is essential to write down ALL recurring contemplations. By doing this, you will gain knowledge of what may become a future potential reality. With this, you can see what your focus may create.
Aspirations and Intuitive Goals™ are already potential possibilities that ARE existing. They are possible parallel timelines at this very moment.
